CI/CD and Release with LaunchDarkly
CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) is a vast space with a lot of technologies that exist in it. “Continuous Integration” handles the way we build, test, and package code - while Continuous Deployment handles the delivery of that code onto an infrastructure destination. At LaunchDarkly - we separate the idea of “Deployment” into “Deployment” and “Release”. The idea being that the way we get code onto infrastructure is different from releasing features to users. In this video Cody (https://twitter.com/codydearkland) takes us through this explanation. #LaunchDarkly #AppDev #FeatureManagement #FeatureFlags #DevOps #CICD #Continuous #Release Subscribe to LaunchDarkly: https://www.youtube.com/c/LaunchDarkly?sub_confirmation=1 Learn more about LaunchDarkly: Website: https://launchdarkly.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/launchdarkly Twitter: https://twitter.com/launchdarkly About LaunchDarkly: Feature management allows development teams to innovate faster by fundamentally transforming how software is delivered to customers.
