As organizations prepare their workforce to return to the office in some capacity, there is an added burden on leadership and management to maintain or exceed team productivity achieved over the last year and a half. There is no playbook or template for teams to adapt in this situation, and it will be an exciting learning curve for us all.
In this session, I explore four areas that will require rethinking and reimagining to improve the flow of business value within an organization. We will work through specific challenges we have faced in recent times and brainstorm techniques to implement in a hybrid working environment. We will explore anti-patterns and waste that have been accrued over the last few years and look to strategies for reducing friction as organizations focus on achieving customer delight and business outcomes.
